The next step is to produce a technical specification. This covers all elements of the project in detail, expanding upon the original proposal and setting out the plans for our design team to follow.

Step 4: Implementation

The implementation stage involves converting the proposal and specification into a real 'product.'

At this stage you will be assigned a Project Manager who will co-ordinate the work and arrange regular meetings to keep you informed of our progress.

We will also adhere to standard criteria in order to deliver the project on time, within budget and to ensure that we meet your expectations.

Step 5: Testing

Before the launch of the project we carry out a series of quality assurance procedures to ensure that the end product is functional, usable, robust and accurate.

Step 6: Documentation & Training

The project would be documented in order to improve the speed and efficiency of future updates. 1st WebDesigns can provide your business with training and user manuals if required.

Step 7: Launch

The end product is launched.

Step 8: Evaluation & Marketing

Following the launch of the project, we are able to evaluate the working processes in order to identify any issues not covered in the previous steps.
